• Silver Package: HSPA with up to 7.2 Mbps.

Migration from Package to another:

• Our existing customers can replace their old devices with the new Golden device at any Zain shop by paying 100 SDG + 56 SDG (package price/month).

• Customer can renew the monthly subscription at any time within the month after consuming the volume. Remaining amount also will be transferred to the next month. Unconsumed volume will be transferred also to the next month.

Migration from package to another will be by using the following codes:

• Migration to Silver package (Only for existing unlimited package users) - 5 GB by dialing: *900*5#.

• Migration for the daily package - 24 hours by dialing: *900*11#.

• For postpaid, dial *500#.

To refill your balance:

• Use Zain scratch cards.

• Scratch the panel to reveal your secret number.

• For Prepaid customers: Dial the code * 888 * followed by the secret number #.

• Your account will be credited with the amount shown on the card.
