The idea is to offer all post paid subscribers a method of ‘topping up’ their account with the same method as the pre paid. These system will be distributed to at all current main dealers and would help to refill (or revive) the subscription 24hrs a day. Usually post paid subscribers have a hard time paying their bill due to opening hours of zain CC shops and locations (parking etc.). This service will provide them with the easiest method of payment without incurring additional charges (gasoline, parking etc.) or time.
That channel is provided to settle bill either issued or not issued by using Zain scratch cards.
The code which used to settle bill by Zain scratch card is "500" .
Method of recharging is:
i.Enter *500* plus the secret Pin code (14digits) & #, then press “Send”
ii.The account will be credited with the amount shown on the card
iii.Message will be received after recharging:-
Text message: "Your account has been loaded with"amount of scratch card" your current balance is"amount".
