How to register to see your bill information
  1. From the login area in the upper right hand corner of the Zain website, click the register link.
    The registration page displays
  2. In the 'mobile number' field, enter your mobile number starting with 9 (for example, 912345678)
  3. In the PUK field, enter the PUK that came with your Zain SIM card. (If you have lost your PUK, see the instructions below on How to get your PUK.)
  4. Once your number and PUK have been verified, an access code will be automatically sent to your mobile by SMS (this usually arrives within 10 seconds).
  5. Enter that access code in the 'access code' field
  6. Enter your email address and password
  7. Submit.
    Congratulations. You are now permanently registered with the site and will have complete access to your billing details, invoice and payment history.
How to get your PUK
Your PUK is a unique code that you should have received when you purchased your Zain SIM. If you have lost your PUK, that’s no problem. Just call 123 and follow the instructions for getting your PUK. Once you have that number, carry on with the registration process above.
